You have access to the building 24/7.
PARKING:
We have a parking lot about half a block north of the building, on May St.
And another one just across Violet St at 212 E Miles-100 ft away
Spaces rent for 35.00 per month and are available to tenants only.
There is also metered parking all around the building for easy come and go parking. These meters are free before 9am and after 6pm on weekdays , all day Saturday and Sunday (and all holidays).
GARBAGE:
Garbage pickup days are Tuesady and Friday am.
Please ensure that your bag or box is securely closed/taped. The garbage men are very picky-pardon the pun.
LIGHTING:
Bulbs are to be supplied and changed by the Tenant. Ballasts will be supplied and changed by the Landlord.
WASHROOMS:
one washroom
Handi cap Access
The building is at street level and handicap accessible.
The main entrance is at streeet level-no stairs.
FIRE ESCAPE:
Either through the front or rear laneway door
RENT PAYMENT;
All rent cheques are to be made payable to: Schufa Investments Ltd.
They can just be slid into the mailslot of our office (#106-105 N May St) anytime.
Post dated cheques are great!
