This is a non smoking building-which means there is no smoking of any kind inside the building anywhere nor outside within 15 ft of the building.

There is a bicycle shed beside the rear parking lot-for bikes only-it is locked and only those with bikes have that key.Bikes can be chained to their own hangers inside this shed as well.

There is a grassed area at the rear of the building with picnic tables and a concrete area for BBQ's-which can be chained to the fence.

There is a garbage shed outside the building near the parking lot at the rear-the City will not take anything that is not in a green garbage bag-including cardboard. Garbage pickup-believe it or not-is Tuesdays and Thursdays-but garbage can be put in this shed at anytime.

Plug ins are always on but only operate after the temperature drops below -7 degrees C. So there is no power available above this temperature.

No private dishes are allowed on the building-there are satellite dishes on the roof which are wired into the mechanical room. These can be connected to your suite by that company's (e.g.tbaytel) service technician only-when you sign up for service.
